Very good location with great view of the river and sea from the room. The room was ample and very comfortable. Cable internet available for free.

The leve of English of some of the staff is limited. I ordered room service and could not understand the staff neither could she understand me. Despite having another staff take the order, they got it wrong. No wifi in the room.

The local staff at Senriver Hotel was very professional. They provided us with a Wheelchair Accessible room that had great views, a balcony, and a shower, which was essential. the food offered at the hotel was good with plenty of choices to choose from.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Definitely not a 4 start hotel,dirty and old fashioned.The swimming pool is very dirty and we fund some loose screws lying around it. They have a full menu for 24hour room service in the room but it doesn't exist !The Wifi doesnt work.

I think the price is far too much for the facilties being offered at the hotel. Beds are uncomfortable, Breakfast is lousy, very basic . The service is poor. At top of that - left 1 pair of slippers at the pool and on checkout was asked to pay 5 USD for that pair of slippers ...... what a shame .. 1st time in my life

the reception area was grand and the rooms were beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the river. the staff were all friendly and helpful, arranging private tours and taxis for us. the location was great, near lots of bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to the magnificent Dragon Bridge. the breakfast selection was very good and the bar had great views.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Generally it was good as we arrived late and left fairly early. Good breakfast buffet.

The room smelt of smoke,and I am sure we would have asked for a non smoking room. Denang does not really have much.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite and I was pleased with the featured amenities they provided. The complimentary wired Internet access was reliable and allowed me to stay connected for work. The business center was well-equipped and convenient for any last-minute tasks. Additionally, the complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a nice touch, allowing me to stay updated.

I would have appreciated a better selection of office supplies in the business center. It would have been helpful to have access to essentials like printers and scanners.

Pool with great view. Although you might want to check it is filled with water before you book! Good buffet breakfast.

The big window sill in the breakfasting room, where you could sit overlooking the river and enjoy the sunshine, was sadly covered in dust & dead insects. Not nice. If you book a standard room chances are will be offered a room with a very poor or non existent view, as we were, even hough the hotel was nearly empty.

The staff are helpful and I enjoyed the spa service.

Better maintenance will make the hotel much better.
